Sally Shaffer opened her shop in 1975 under the name “The Cranberry Box”. She changed the name to Sally Shaffer Antiques in 1990. Specializing in American country furniture and architectural elements, Sally has been bringing her customers unique, unusual and special items, making her shop a little bit different and always delightful for over 40 years.
We are sad to share that in March 2020, Sally passed away. She was very active in the world of antiques and in the town of Kensington. She will be missed by many in the Antique Row community. Her husband Joe, who has been an intricate part of the business since it was first opened, is dedicated to keeping the shop open, with the help of his daughter Carrie.
